The project was based on building housing block on a plot of 327 m2 with an occupancy rate of 60% (200 m2) in Pineda de Mar. The project consisted in ground + 3 floors and were obtained 10 homes between 40 and 60 m2.

The project was based on building housing block on a plot of 327 m2 with an occupancy rate of 60% (200 m2) in Pineda de Mar. The project consisted in ground + 3 floors and were obtained 10 homes between 40 i 60 m2.
The project is divided into groundfloor and 3 floors more where in the groundfloor and second floor we find 2 homes and on the first floor and third floor we found 3 apartments, one of them duplex. Being a predetermined volumes of small dimensions we have tried all the houses have the most optimal solar orientation possible under solar conditions and its characteristics.
One of the most significant aspects of this building is its volume enhancing access point placed between the building walls. This access is given by a kind of gap produced by the block itself respect to the neighboring wall that separates this makes creating an opening through which access to the building is located. By this separation will air the ladder and some common rooms of the building will get light.
The variables that shaped the project design is based on solving issues such as start from a very small and narrow lot, and with very limited access due to the unique facade that could have access to the. Another important aspect to note was to get maximum optimization in the computation of floor space / built the VPO and a maximum number of floors without sacrificing obtaining solar hours in each area.
