Description:

A study is generated based on the performance of new equipment to enable economically the current Krekovic Museum area of the city of Palma de Mallorca. It is studied the viability of this investment to come contingent in the construction of a building on the same plot of public owner, but with a concession for the construction and operation of 35 years by a private concessionaire.

Description:

Krekovic Museum plot has an urban classification that allowed it to move from the current 2,493 m2 to 9,000 m2 approx. This fact made us to think about the demolition of the existing building in order to take full advantage of this condition. The Museum site is characterized by being very close to the Palma de Mallorca town center and this was perfect for locate there many cultural activities linked to the city requiring good access and mobility of pedestrians and users.
