Description:

The proposal seeks to respect the existing building without alter its volume. To adapt to the new program "Casal de Barrio" of Sagrera, it is create a new volume joins the existing through a small intervention that makes the two bodies can live together in mutual respect.

Project located in the district of Sagrera (Barcelona) between the street Berenguer de Palou and the street Clara Zetkin.

Description:

The project seeks a direct continuity between the street Berenguer de Palou, the new square created (main access point of the project) and future Urban Park Sagrera. The buildings are conceived as a sum of "BE" AND "SHARE" as they will be present with its uniqueness as well as generate public space with its volumetry.

Description:

The proposal is sensitive to the new "IMPROVEMENT PLAN URBAN SECTOR SAGRERA" adapting to new spaces of planning. On the one hand the project opens to the new urban park and on the other, the new building seeks a relationship with future equipment.

We promote passive building strategies to reduce energy demand and consumption.
