Description:

The project is a combination of simple geometries through the use of a variable radius circle that allows high spatial and visual flexibility within the different plants that make up the building. This fact allowed us multiple solutions making a flexible and variable building.

Description:

In the settlement was to give prominence to the resulting public space between the Provençals and Pujades streets as it was from here through where the building has its own entrance. A space protected from traffic, and oxygenated permeable space where the strategic location of the entrance hall enabled the building to open to the existing urban square, thereby seeking approximation between the pedestrians and the new headquarters.

Description:

Starting from a circle of variable radius adapt all flats giving different answers to every action and situation, both internal and external, that could be produced in their immediate environment (visual, climate, communication, etc.)

Description:

Within the proposed we made a development of each plant depending on its needs, whether functional, visual, climatic or communication.
