Description:
The project is based on the realization of a volumetric and landscape study of a new headquarters building for the RTM, new offices, a logistics zone and a large storage space for the Island Council. The objective is to relate this new construction and transport infrastructure of the city of Palma de Mallorca and thus ensure easy accessibility to the building shot promoting the use of large-scale logistics center.

Description:
The study started from a vacant parcel located next to the Son Pardo Hippodrome, of 16,658 m2 and it is currently rated as sports equipment. One of the first objectives was to modify the administrative key urban area to make it possible to increase its ceiling to get about 10,000 m2, building area needed for future RTM, offices and a large logistics center.
Description:
The new building was raised next to the current Racecourse Son Pardo. This was an area of high accessibility (located at the junction of the MA-11 MA-20 i), ideal for functions that require intense car access. In this building would stand the logistics functions, warehouse, fleet Radio and Television Mallorca. Within the proposed establishment is anticipated of free roof that let us to transfer to third parties for office use exploitation.
