The homes are fully customized and run very quickly with greater quality control. As an improvement, the houses can be built on Ground Floor or Ground Floor and First Floor, with the flexibility of being able to expand de Ground Floor with a one more floor when the user considers it necessary.
Description:
The Set is placed inside a rectangular lot, in an isolated way and facing south. The plot is located very close to a golf course and a consolidated urban environment and very quiet. The proposed urban strategy is to maximize the soil of the plot by diluting the edificatory limits of the plot, and giving use to those areas that are generally disused or wasted by the end user of the house.
Description:
The houses are adapted and customized according to the requirements of each user. This allows the houses to be different from each other, facilitating the incorporation of new spaces or accessory elements that allow the customization in the design.
Description:
The houses are expected to have an energy rating of "A/A" and a significant reduction of waste.
